Reaching Critical Will is WILPF's disarmament programme. The programme has staff in both New York and Geneva and covers multilateral disarmament meetings, such as the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, the Arms Trade Treaty, the General Assembly's First Committee, the Conference on Disarmament and many others.
